@PGtzsche1 @APApsychiatric @CebmOxford I’ve been counting Cymbalta (duloxetine) beads for 6 years. I’m down to 18 from 350 (60mg). The smallest taper I can do is 1 bead now and it’s too much. I’m stuck right now at 18. I have no help, there is no answer and have just been winging it. So many of us out there.

Like I said…PUSHING antipsychotics for MDD. This is insanity. If you take a test on their site to see if you need the medication, you can answer no and still get “here’s how to talk to your doctor about VRAYLAR!!” How is this LEGAL? @abbvie why is AKATHISIA never mentioned?
