Charlie Kirk has passed away at the age of 31.
A husband, a father of two, and a man of God. He completely reshaped our country and had so much ahead of him.
Gut-wrenching. Rest in peace, Charlie.
WHY SOME PEOPLE REMEMBER THEIR DREAMS — AND OTHERS WAKE UP BLANK
Not everyone remembers their dreams, and scientists now know why: it depends on what you think about dreams, how much your mind wanders when you’re awake, and how you sleep at night.
People who care more about dreams, daydream more often, and sleep longer with less deep sleep are much more likely to recall their dreams in the morning.
Daydreamers seem to have brains that stay halfway open to dream-like thoughts, even when they’re awake — making it easier to remember dreams later.
Researchers also found seasonal patterns: dream recall drops in winter, when sleep tends to be deeper and longer.
Age matters too: as people get older, they spend less time in light sleep, making dream memories fuzzier over time.
Scientists say dreams aren’t just random nonsense — they’re tied to memory, learning, and even mental health, which makes understanding them a lot more important than just fun late-night stories.

In 1996, an unidentified 8-year-old boy slipped away from his mother, climbed over a barrier, and fell into the Gorilla Enclosure.
Due to the 20 ft fall, the boy broke his hand and suffered a deep laceration to his face. Seven gorillas inhabited the enclosure. Gorillas are known to be fiercely territorial animals.
They will fight to the death to defend their families. However, one of the gorillas, called Binti Jua, meaning “daughter of sunshine” went over to the boy and cradled him in her arms, all while her own young child was on her back.
She then went over to the edge of the enclosure and waited for the zookeepers to come and collect the child.
Binti handed the child over peacefully before returning to the rest of the gorillas. Binti received worldwide praise and received regular treats for the next few weeks.
The boy and the mother have never been identified, but the boy did stay in a hospital for 4 days.
Animal behavioral experts claim Binti used her maternal instincts to look after the child. This may have been influenced by the fact that she had her own baby Gorilla with her at the time.
You should know about this case if you haven’t heard about it yet. Jillian Ludwig was an 18 year old musician here in Nashville attending Belmont University. She died a few days ago after getting hit in the head by a bullet fired by Shaquille Taylor who was out on the street corner shooting randomly at passing cars.
Taylor is of course a career criminal with an extensive rap sheet. This past spring he was charged with aggravated assault when he shot into a vehicle with children inside. The charges were dismissed and Taylor was set free after the court deemed him mentally unfit for trial. They didn’t send him to a mental institution. They just let him go. Now Jillian Ludwig is dead.
This is what “compassion” for these violent parasites gets you. It’s a trade off. Compassion for them means abject cruelty to innocent people like Jillian Ludwig. It means that Jillian Ludwig has to die so that we can be nice to a criminal scumbag who contributes absolutely nothing to society.
Society would be a better place if Shaquille Taylor was not in it. It would be better place if Jillian Ludwig was still in it. But instead Ludwig is dead and Taylor is alive. This is what we do now. Time and time and time again. We trade the worst for the best. We sacrifice the lives of the people you want in your community for the sake of people that nobody wants anywhere near them.
Billie Eilish says men don’t face criticism about their bodies because girls are nice:
“Nobody ever says a thing about men’s bodies. If you’re muscular, cool. If you’re not, cool. If you’re rail thin, cool. If you have a dad bod, cool. If you’re pudgy, love it! Everybody’s happy with it. You know why? Because girls are nice. They don’t give a f*ck because we see people for who they are!”
Israel tells Palestinians to evacuate Gaza because they don't want to kill innocent people.
Hamas orders Palestinians to remain in place as human shields because they don't care if innocent Palestinians die.

Jessica Lange is thinking of retiring from acting due to the lack of creativity in film making:
“I don’t think I’ll do this too much longer. Creativity is secondary now to corporate profits. The emphasis becomes not on the art or the artist or the storytelling. It becomes about satisfying your stockholders. It diminishes the artist and the art of filmmaking.”
