@sofadotcom hello! Supposedly I am getting our delivery tomorrow but I have no idea what time and can't get through to you on phone or email. ArrowXL don't seem to have a clue when I've contacted them. Please help.
@BenButt2@RachelE06773757@sofadotcom@MartinSLewis I was contacted by ArrowXL in advance - to be fair they've been as helpful as they can be, but as part of their service they don't dismantle or reassemble furniture and would not budge on that which is fair enough if they've not had any training.

SO we still have no sofa and I have still had no response from @sofadotcom for two weeks now. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. So unnecessarily stressful. @MartinSLewis heeeeelp.

However, despite the fact I bought a 'breakdownable' sofa for 'stress-free' delivery - and made it clear in advance that we had narrow hallways - the delivery drivers turned up with a sofa in one piece and said it would not fit and
