@tweethue my lights have just stopped working. Not working in any smart home apps or the Philip Hue app, can't connect to the bridge and the bridge only has 2 lights.

@hotelsdotcom I have vouchers with you that are due to expire in Sept. I was going to be using them this month, but that holiday got cancelled. I know you have some sort of extension on the rewards, but what about the vouchers you issue for price guarantee?
@haringeycouncil Thank you. Nothing needed but people were knocking on our building and asking to come in to knock on each flat door. We have door bells but they were insistant they come into hallway. Just want to know if it was legit or not?
@plusnethelp can I use any router with your Unlimited Fibre Extra package? My internet is really slow in other parts of the house (20mb when its 60-70mb in router room) wondering if getting a new router will help? Or do you have any other options?

Oh @virginmedia every time I try and do ANYTHING online I get this... Stop advertising your services. Your taking advantage of #COVID2019 signing people up and then not having the infrastructure to deliver. Sending engineers round and putting everyone at risk just to cash in!

@virginmedia I have been calling every other day between engineers. It goes nowhere. Calls always get disconnected after 50 ish mins. I can guarantee the call hold I am on now will disconnect at 50 mins too. Can you guarantee that I can get a full and penalty-free refund?
Hey @virginmedia my B.B is STILL down has been since you sold it. 3 weeks with next to no service! 3 engineers, 1 no-show. Having to keep my old provider! Paying double! Can't cancel within the 14days bc you can't do that online, call centre closed. This will have to go to @Ofcom
@virginmedia is anyone going to acknowledge this? You have people selling door to door. You know ppl are relying on home internet and ur taking on new customers. Now I have signed up, impossible to get a response. Get its tricky times, don't take on new customers if no support!
