Law Ministry Silent, Judiciary Broken – Who Will Act?

Every CJI, once they become Ex-CJI, suddenly wakes up and admits – “Process has become the punishment, justice system is collapsing, undertrials are rotting in jails.”

👉 But why this honesty after leaving power?
👉 Why no reforms when they were sitting on the chair?
👉 And why is the Law Ministry silent on this biggest national failure?
Is revamp of judiciary not necessary for this country?
