I’ve just watched this movie earlier and Bear was the villain fasho. Idgaf if he didn’t know if the wish he was making was real or not.. it was selfish asf. He knew that girl ain’t have the same feelings as him before he even made that damn wish. And still took the chance
This customer support scene is so tragic because Bear’s true intent gets completely overshadowed by Nikki’s screaming.
He called to fix the wish, that's an active attempt to make things right. The narrative frames him as the monster, but visually, he’s the one completely breaking down from the anxiety of it all

Maddie may have cheated & messed around. Neither of those guys were her bestfriends man nor guy of interest.. Cassie can get any guy she wants. Why go after the same man your bestie confided in you about getting back with? That’s some devious shit
I know many of you clocked how important this scene is in Euphoria. Maddy is honestly a pathological liar throughout the show, constantly lying or manipulating situations depending on what benefits her emotionally in the moment.
In this particular scene, she lies to Nate about being “pure” and innocent because she knows that’s exactly the type of image Nate wants to hear and fantasize about. But then only minutes later, the show intentionally contrasts that lie by revealing how much Maddy actually sleeps around and how reckless her relationship behavior really is.
That’s why I’ve always found it strange how so many viewers label Cassie as the “hoe” of the show when Cassie was actually someone constantly searching for love, validation, and relationships emotionally. Meanwhile Maddy casually hooked up with random men, cheated on Nate multiple times, and often treated sex much more casually overall.
I think that contrast tells you a lot about both characters and also about how viewers perceive femininity differently depending on personality, confidence, and presentation.
not a fan of jules being outed by lexi & her coworkers censoring her work the way they did. i know lexi didn't mean any harm, & maybe wasn't fully aware of how jules expresses herself in all of her projects...but i wish she'd communicated better about what her team wanted so jules would've known what/what not to paint. jules isn't dumb, she would've stuck to the script had she known #euphoria
Cardi, I know we take it to hell, but that lady is broken & dark inside. Don’t let her drag you to a dark place. You are meant for bigger things & she hates that you have light & favor that she doesn’t understand. Celebrate your historic week!!! Karma is coming
