@leewillis77 @Vitality_UK Highlight the button component, right-click and choose 'Inspect Element', then remove the "vbs" '--disabled' CSS class from such. That should allow you to submit the new password, as a workaround. Won't work by just removing the '--disabled' flag.

"vds-button--disabled" is causing the issue. Remove that and users can submit their password reset successfully.

.@Vitality_UK, it might be time to have a look at JIRA...

Password reset button is disabled by default, even though passwords match. Users can't manually enable the button using Inspect/Developer console, either, because a 'Technical Error' is thrown 👀
