⚖️CLARITY Act: One document has been sitting unanswered on Trump's desk since July 30th as his family earned $1.4 billion in crypto last year
It is the single clause in the entire bill that would touch the president's crypto income.
The banks, Wall Street, and Elizabeth Warren are not blocking this.
It comes down to a single missing signature.
I've been in crypto for 8+ years.
For the first time ever — substance has gotten ahead of price.
It's happening. Crypto is going to update the system.
Not done, but can't be stopped now.
Bravo to the relentless teams in this space. Keep going.

People who don’t know what’s happening with $XRP are bearish because they only see the price going down👇
My subscribers and I? We know what’s happening.
Look at this data and everything unfolding behind the scenes.
XRP is trading at $1.0466, down 1.39%, yet the market recorded $351.09 million in 24-hour spot volume.
Binance handled $79.50 million.
Upbit processed $66.71 million.
Coinbase recorded $49.74 million.
OKX added another $30.89 million.
That is not a market being ignored.
But read the heatmap correctly: volume does not automatically mean accumulation, and the green boxes do not prove everyone is buying.
The bigger clue is the difference between spot and derivatives.
XRP recorded $2.28 billion in futures volume, roughly 6.5 times its spot volume, with $2.34 billion in open interest.
When leveraged activity becomes this large, liquidations, hedging and short-term positioning can overpower spot demand and drag price around.
Meanwhile, Mastercard has added RLUSD and XRPL to its expanding regulated stablecoin-settlement infrastructure, and Ripple has received full MiCA CASP authorisation to provide cryptoasset services across the European Economic Area.
It shows that short-term price pressure and long-term infrastructure development are happening at the same time.
Most people react to the percentage in red.
We study the volume, leverage, liquidity and adoption beneath it.
That is why I am not getting shaken out of $XRP.

🚨 💥🇺🇸CLARITY UNDER ATTACK💥 🇺🇸🚨
While the rest of the world is building clear crypto rules, Senator Van Hollen says the CLARITY Act isn’t ready.
Americans have waited long enough.
Stop delaying. Start leading.
Clarity Act delay is not a setback.
It’s the market forcing XRP to stop trading politics and start trading its actual design.
When the theater ends, only utility remains. That’s when the real move begins.
