@UPS_UK is a shit show. my @CarharttWIP order was scanned out for delivery on Thursday at 8:50am, 15 minutes later it changed to delayed. That was 3 days ago. No update since. Customer service is a joke. DM & chat are bots. phone is automated. I will never use @UPS_UK again.
