@mobilevikingsBE ik krijg steeds melding dat ik serieus over mijn abo ga (50€) voor een beetje Facebook. Mijn app zegt iets meer geloofwaardig. (7...€) is er iets mis met jullie systeem? Waar kan ik nog op vertrouwen?

@mobilevikingsBE Wel vervelend als je dit niet weet... dan begrijp ik niet zo goed waarom jullie de app zo promoten als dé manier om je saldo te checken in alle jullie communicatie als je hier eigenlijk niet op kan vertrouwen. Dan had ik misschien geen zotte rekening gehad

@mobilevikingsBE Dat klopt.. doordat ik het in de app na verschillende keren vernieuwen niet zag verschijnen ging ik ervan uit dat de sms niet klopte (beetje naïef misschien). Maar die leek me accurater gezien ik nooit eerder na het vervallen van den bundel zulk een hoge rekening had.
