President Donald Trump’s NIH Director Dr. Jay Bhattacharya @DrJBhattacharya just appointed woke Biden holdover Dr. Rick Woychik as his Senior MAHA Advisor.

As a Director of Joe Biden’s National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and the National Toxicology Program from 2020-2025, Woychik launched and prioritized “anti-racism” programs and DEI initiatives inside the NIH on taxpayer dime.

I discovered that one of the top priorities of Woychik's original 2025–2029 NIEHS Strategic Plan, which was released in September 2024 under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris when he presumably thought Harris would be the next President, was promoting DEI and a goal to “Recruit and staff an office led by a Scientific Diversity Officer to help advance DEIAC issues.”

In May of 2025, Woychik’s Strategic Plan was revised under President Trump, and all of his disturbing and racist DEI ideology was removed. But, that’s just lipstick on a pig.  Woychik has a long track record of leading the charge to create harmful DEI programs inside the federal government.

Making things worse, Woychik is also the former CEO of the world’s largest supplier of lab animals (Jackson Labs) and made a career of personally experimenting on animals.

Unsurprisingly, Woychik is also the former boss of Nicole Kleinstreuer, who worked under him at NIEHS during the Biden administration. Kleinstreuer is the nepo-baby, anti-Trump, Act Blue donating Biden holdover who Jay Bhattacharya also appointed to a leadership role inside Trump’s NIH, and who has been interfering with efforts to cut the remnants of Dr. Fauci’s cruel animal testing at NIH.

Kleinstreuer previously said, "we have no intention of just phasing out animal studies overnight. We know that animal studies are still very important and often scientifically justified.”

No wonder why under Jay Bhattacharya, Dr. Fauci’s cruel animal tests are alive and well. Look who he’s hiring!

This explains why my efforts with @WhiteCoatWaste to end taxpayer funded government animal tests have been so successful at other agencies, except NIH.

Why is @RobertKennedyJr and President’s team allowing woke Trump-haters from the Biden administration to keep their jobs and run federal agencies?  A simple Google search of these holdovers would have shown they aren’t aligned with President Trump’s agenda and his vision for our country.
