Customer Service no longer exist.
I tried to return an Amazon package at the @UPS store in Whitehall, Pa. I didn’t have the box taped but was fully planning to pay the $1 for them to tape it. They wanted to charge me $5.99 for a roll of tape or for them to tape it. Why?

Ever since @AmazonAlexa was upgraded to be new conversational, I've had issues playing music without it freezing, stopping, or saying "I'm sorry, I'm having problems playing X, moving on". but doesn't, and I have to restart the playlist.
Anyone else having this issue?
