@BBGreatMoments re OPS+ advantage argument, I entered the league in my prime; Miggy entered pre-prime at 20. I like using extreme peak; his best full-season OPS+ was 190, mine 174. Ring comparison is not useful because teams win rings, not one player. Miggy was a better hitter than I was.
Hey PFF,
If Jaycee Horn is your 28th best cornerback in the league, it might be time to take a look under the hood of that grading system.
Because the math ain’t mathing.
Hi, I'm Charlie, the person that debated Andrew Wilson on the Whatever podcast and revealed that his wife, Rachel, had five children with three different men. I usually wouldn't dignify Rachel Wilson with a serious response, but I feel compelled to clear up her lies on the off chance the Wilson's try to use me as a cudgel against Candace Owens. Long response below. I won't respond to the Wilson's further. Tagging @RealCandaceO for posterity's sake, though I doubt she'll see this in the deluge of Wilson related nonsense.
1.Candace Owens and her viewers are not "siding" with me. They don't know who I am and they don't care. If they did, they wouldn't "side" with me because we are not politically aligned. But they would still judge Andrew for being reactive.
2.There is no context to add to the clip that makes Andrew Wilson look any better. I am not responsible for Andrew Wilson's emotions. I remained calm while Andrew, Rachel, and the superchats insulted me. Andrew flew off the handle with very little provocation and made an ass out of himself. That's not my fault.
3.The framing of the clip is not deceptive. I was polite until Wilson called me stupid. The reason no one wants to watch the first four hours of the debate is because it's a cordial conversation with little substance. I did nothing to trigger Wilson calling me stupid, other than remaining unconvinced that my life would be better off without feminism.
4.I didn't lie about Rachel. It is true that she has had five children with three different men. She has admitted that. I was wrong, however, about her having been married twice before. I thought that she had been married to all of her baby daddies, but she only married 2/3. The Wilson's did not correct this detail during the broadcast, which is interesting. I also thought that Rachel was more than a few years older than Andrew. I learned that she's somewhere between 3-5 years older than him. Ftr, I wasn't going for her looks. She looks a little younger than her husband. I wanted to make a point about the way Andrew has denigrated older women in the past while being married to one.
5.She could potentially be referring to me describing her and her husband as traditional, which she claims they aren't. I don't think I need to address how silly that semantic argument is when they're peddling conservative Christian Orhtodox family values lol.
6.I did apologize to Rachel, but not for lying. Because I didn't. Andrew and Rachel felt compelled to tell me that one of Rachel's ex's had abused her, so I apologized if the discussion had brought up any bad memories. I think I regret that though. She's an adult in charge of her own feelings and the circumstances that ended her past relationships are irrelevant. Many of the women the Wilson's judge have certainly made choices influenced by abuse and haven't been shown the grace Rachel shows herself.
7.I didn't tell Rachel that she would have been better off aborting her kids. I didn't bring up abortion at all. Andrew and Rachel kept asking me if I thought they should have aborted their kids and I said maybe, it's what I would have done and I would have been better off for it. I'd have to rewatch for the exact phrasing. Regardless, there's nothing to apologize for there. If she's proud of her choices, my feelings on the matter shouldn't bother her.
8.I'm not going to address any of the gay and trans stuff because I think that the discrepancies there are fairly obvious.
https://t.co/8MbwnRjD3n fact, Andrew refused to speak to or look at me after the debate. He ran out and hid on the balcony. I went to go try to shake his hand and he ran back inside and wouldn't make eye contact.
10.I look forward to watching Candace Owens rip Andrew a new one. The Right is moving away from Israel and the Wilson's made a poor decision in siding with TPUSA.
David Ross with a walk off home run for the Reds to win it 8-7!
