Hi @CapitecBankSA Hi Capitec, we’re experiencing an issue. We tried withdrawing money at the Rondebult Capitec ATM, but the cash didn’t come out. However, the app shows that the transaction went through. We called a consultant, and they mentioned they’re aware of this problem,
as other clients have also called. But we’re worried because they don’t seem to have a way to identify which clients are affected. Could you please advise how we can ensure this is resolved for us, since it’s showing the money left our account, but we haven’t received it cash.
