absolute unprofessional service again from @delhivery, delivery agent calls for delivering the order and tells he will do in an hour and later cancels delivery saying recipient unavailable, without calling and now the shipment is delayed. customer service unreachable as usual.

I have raised a complaint regarding internet issue Service Request ID : SR000022Q1NQ.
Neither any engineer visited my location for resolution nor I received any help.

I don’t even remember no. of times I reached out to jio for customer support.

So I placed an order from @Swiggy and the ETA was 55mins at the time of placing the order, which itself is pretty high given it was pizza and the restaurant was pretty near, and while the order was not delivered by 1.5hrs i reached out to delivery partner and he wasn’t

Unbelievable of such delivery partners, @Swiggy please from next time give your coupons to your delivery partners so they don’t have to steal customer’s food, can’t believe had such a disastrous experience. Time is not a joke. @Swiggy @swiggyindia

Yet another disaster service by myntra, I ordered a plain black top from myntra and it literally delivered me an Arsenal jersey. How?
Not like it was delivered in a day, it took 4 days and then they do this? And what is the compensation? Place return req?
