It is incredibly satisfying, though also emotional, to sit in this trial and watch the footage and witness testimony confirm what my reporting and investigative work has shown over the last year.

Based on what has been presented in court so far, everything I reported was affirmed.

What is even more disturbing is that, as the truth comes out, many Karmelo Anthony supporters continue repeating the same false narratives. No matter what is shown in court, they simply repeat what they’ve been told like parrots.

Karmelo Anthony supporters are currently screaming racial profanities at two white men who have shown up in support of Austin Metcalf.

Fredrick Demond Scott, 22 said multiple times that he wanted to kill all white people.

Scott has been charged in connection with SIX murders.
All victims were white.

The murders were all over the course of a year with the last victim shot in the head in Kansas City.

All victims were killed near the Indian Creek hiking trail in the city of 480,000 where he stalled & murdered his White victims.

The interest in the Karmelo Anthony murder case is so intense that people are trying to BUY their way into court. I was just approached in the ladies room while on a bathroom break by a young woman who offered me cash in exchange for my pass granting me access into court. She also asked other women, who had been in line since 6 a.m. to buy their passes. Everyone turned her down.

After fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf, Karmelo Anthony tossed the knife and tried to blend in with a group of people, and then fled the scene, according to prosecutors.

Austin Metcalf’s final words were “I’ve been stabbed” and he fell down the bleacher steps.

Austin’s brother Hunter rushed to his aid.

In the opening statement, Bill Wirskye Collin County First Asst. District Attorney told the jury the knife Anthony brought was prohibited.

Wirskye also said, “This case has nothing to do with race, this case has nothing to do with self defense…The facts of this case are simple, there are as simple as this killing was senseless…That video tells the story, that video shows the murder, then you’re going to hear from numerous eyewitnesses who were there.”

White Man Murdered

Authorities are refusing to charge him as an adult, although it was premeditated.

A 14-year-old Black juvenile was arrested by IMPD for the murder of 23-year-old White IU grad Brett Scrogham.

Brett was shot in the head in a downtown Indianapolis parking garage on May 28 while heading to an Indians game with family.

He passed away on May 30 after just starting his career.

Another young White life lost to thug crime.

REPORT: Karmelo Anthony Trial Day Four

Apparently, if you violate a judge’s order and cut in front of others who were in line 30 minutes before you, you will be REWARDED with access to a courtroom that only allows 27 members of the public.

According to Judge Roach’s order, there is a curfew from 11pm to 6am every day for the duration of the trial. The order applies to the ENTIRE Collin County Courthouse campus, including parking lots, sidewalks, green spaces, and any other designated areas.

I have followed this order every day, arriving right at 6am as required by the curfew.

This morning, the first day of opening statements, I arrived at 6am as usual. There were already 20–25 people lined up at the front door. I immediately got in line. Many of them were not secretive about what time they had arrived, and some said they had been there closer to 5am, which is a VIOLATION of the judge’s order.

As I stood there, multiple people arrived and cut directly in front of me. And yes, I will make it clear that they were Karmelo Anthony supporters.

I wish I had said something. But I have done my best to maintain the peace so far, even with the disparaging comments that have been made and the constant line-cutting over the past few days.

I am fully fed up today. The first 27 were selected, and the cut off was 2 people in front of me. If there had not been violations or line cutters, I would be in the courtroom right now.

I understand that Judge Roach runs a tight ship, but he cannot control what he does not know is happening.

The family was brought in. Then the media. Then about a dozen individuals who claimed to be “family members of the Anthony’s,” including Kevin Hayes, Karmelo Anthony’s uncle, who initially spread false rumors that Karmelo had been jumped and that his cell phone had been smashed.

THEN, 27 members of the public were given passes for the remainder of the day.

Several of those individuals deserve to be in the courtroom. But the scales were tipped in favor of Anthony supporters because they cut in line and felt “entitled” to those positions.

I’m not going to hold back about their behavior any longer.
