@Georgeatasda you lose my parcel and to get a refund, you need my card number, sort code and account number. You already have that on the order so why do I need to provide again?

@DellCares - This feels deliberately misleading. Please escalate this as a formal complaint. Customers should not have to discover exclusions through support calls. Dell must address this lack of clear disclosure.

@DellCares - However, this exclusion is not stated anywhere in the documentation – not even in the small print. The plan is marketed as offering “comprehensive hardware support,” which strongly implies coverage of essential components like the battery.

@DellCares - I’m wanting to raise a formal complaint due to misinformation and lack of transparency in your Premium Support Care Plan. I’ve been told that battery replacements are not covered under the plan, as they are considered “consumables.”
@DellCares I would like to raise a complaint. Being told that although not explicitly mentioned in the documentation, premium support does not cover the battery issues. Absolutely unacceptable to be told that there is nothing they can do under support.

@Dominos_UK ordered on Xmas eve. I'm a regular customer, but after this not happy. Not only did the driver drop and explode a large BBQ in the house and all over the doorstep, there was no garlic bread and have not been able to contact the store as they don't answer the phone!

@piersmorgan - Just curious to know if you are aware of any statistics on how people have contracted to regular strain of Flu? This has never been mentioned by the Government. Has normal Flu just vanished? Usually, this time of year has sad news of this statistic. Any ideas?

@AzureSupport Hey - Thanks for the response. I have made new accounts last week which should have been licensed by a dynamic group and it has not updated the group with the new members. Made a new dynamic group to test and it has not even started processing.
