Diane lost her job and her apartment within the same week. She lived in her car for three months with her dog, Pepper. When the car stopped running, she had no choice. She surrendered Pepper to Clearwater Animal Shelter and promised she would return. A housing program helped Diane get stable eight weeks ago. She visited eleven shelters before finding Pepper at the twelfth, fourteen months later. When Pepper saw her, he froze. Then he ran. They both went down on the floor and stayed there. A volunteer filmed the whole thing and cried the entire time.
A promise made in a desperate moment turned out to be one worth keeping.

@BSO The cop was already saying he dint want to get bit, meaning he was afraid of dogs in general. Doesn’t seem fit to be a cop if u scared of dogs. Was ready to shoot as soon as he saw the dog. Chances are he would shoot no matter what type of dog was there.
