I would recommend Dark Emu, or Young Dark Emu - both by Bruce Pascoe. It completely challenges the perception of how the Aboriginal people lived before invasion, and as such challenges the way we teach Australian history in out schools #acuedu_p

This week, ES1 students are loving their mathematics warm up! Their focus has been on whole numbers, multiplication and division, so this warm up has been able to kick start their mathematical thinking, and practise foundational skills needed when working with numbers #acuedu_p
