@catluvr0701 I’m sorry this happened to you. Yea it’s mean! I had a friend who would do this to me allllll the time. And it was when I was a lot smaller than I am now… we aren’t friends anymore but a few years ago apparently she was trying to contact me via mutuals.
Pay paraprofessionals what you pay teachers. Especially paraprofessionals that are teaching and most teachers with a para are surviving because of them.
There are people who get into education because they love teaching, and are natural nurturers and helpers. And then there are people who get into it to be controlling and be bullies. But that’s not a convo we’re ready for yet.

@MychaColeman @Britknee_betch0@PageSix@KimKardashian I agree with you! They’ve taken her specific diagnosis and made it ten times worse… not to mention the c-ptsd
This has always been really interesting to me. There’s a tik tok from @_BOTeachers about how teachers will work early and late soooo many days out of the year, but if we need to leave five mins early, or we’re five mins late because of traffic we’re crucified. It’s insane!
My principal was standing at the door with a notepad and a pen…waiting on the teachers that were late. Man…you got nothing else to do? Really? When is your last day…
@blkgoldofthesun For me it’s always the ones who are rude to me typically too who then turn around and ask for help. Then get big mad when I say no. (I should also add it’s an age thing bc I’m the youngest but the most experienced bc you know, apprentice teachers now a days)
I will never not bring up the fact her baby daddy is employed under her. Because it’s the most ironic part of the entire situation: a man trying to impose traditionalism, shaming, & misogyny all while his bills are being from paychecks from HER COMPANY
