Another day. Another banker’s life lost. 💔https://t.co/yTCoTg7Rpw
Reports today say that an @MyIndianBank Chief Manager allegedly died by suicide after jumping from the fourth floor of the Bank’s Head Office building.
And the painful question remains:
How many more bankers have to die before someone seriously asks WHY?
Just days ago, 27 September 2026 was a Black Sunday for the banking fraternity. Two #UnionBank employees reportedly lost their lives in separate road accidents connected with Sunday duty.
Yet where is the outrage?
Where is the national discussion?
Where is the accountability for employee safety and mental well-being?
“Bankers मरें तो मरें, किसी को क्या फर्क पड़ता है?”
We need a serious conversation on work pressure, employee safety, humane working hours and #5DaysBanking.
One banker lost is one family shattered.
@SushantBSinha
Sir please raise 🙏

Enough of ur false promises & propaganda! You have done more harm to bankers than managements or government.

Your time is up! Resign & enjoy time with ur grandchildren! Either u resign, or we will!

Dear Managements the employees will never forget what ever you did in last week..

After weeks of people degrading Indians, God selects a Hindu Indian to be His hero, saving hundreds from Islamic terrorism.

God has a way of choosing the very people others despise to show us how little we understand Him.

Congratulations Vithya!!
Records are meant to be broken & there is no greater reward for an athlete than to see the next generation go beyond the boundaries we once set. Vithya Ramraj breaking my 43-year-old national record in the 400m hurdles is an incredibly special moment.

[Kiran Kumar S @KiranKS]

Vithya Ramraj is in news for her spectacular athletics performance at the Asian Games. Her father Mr. Ramraj worked 2 shifts as a truck driver to support the family!

From that photo with parents, can you identify who is Vithya?

Hint: She is 1 minute younger than her sister 😀

Three races. Three medals. One historic record.

Vithya Ramraj has had quite a run at the 2026 Asian Games in Nagoya.

It started with silver in the mixed 4x400m relay, where her late surge helped India finish second in 3:14.46.

Four days later, she stepped onto the track for the 400m hurdles.

She wasn't chasing a medal. She was chasing a number: 54 seconds.

She clocked 54.75 seconds, won bronze and — more importantly — broke PT Usha's 42-year-old national record of 55.42 seconds.

And then came the relay.
On Tuesday, Vithya was part of the Indian women's 4x400m relay team alongside Kiran Pahal, Machettira Poovamma and Prachi. The quartet clocked 3:29.69 to win gold, giving India its first athletics gold of the Games.

So Vithya leaves Nagoya with:
🥇 Gold — Women's 4x400m relay
🥈 Silver — Mixed 4x400m relay
🥉 Bronze — Women's 400m hurdles
🏆 New national record — 54.75 seconds

And perhaps the most interesting part?
She says she wasn't chasing the medals at all. She was chasing her own time.
