We're glad to announce that Maepole is expanding into Cumming, GA this fall. Excited to see what the brand can do with a free-standing pick-up window.

@QSRguy@ToastTab Any time I call toast I IMMEDIATELY ask for level 2 support. The first folks you speak with are looking at a computer, reading scripts, and using most of the same resources you have access to in Toast Central. The Level 2 support team has a deeper understanding of the platform.
@kickstartmyfran We’ve also taken the 1/1 route here.
Shouldn’t be anything “sneaky” about the ad fund. Good store level marketing is crucial to brand growth and customer engagement and it costs to develop content/ manage the process/ run the ads etc.
(Pair that with the freshest ingredients and you've got chef driven, from scratch, healthy comfort food that is as delicious in the office as when you get it fresh in person from our stores). #maepolecaters
One of my favorite things about our restaurants: how easy it is to execute large, last minute catering requests. Our streamlined prep systems and processes make it possible to accept day of orders, like this one, without adding stress to the system.
@cateringwealth @FranchiseMnA Agreed, seems strange to not break down COGS and include labor to show Prime cost. Seeing the breakdown of prime/ cogs gives a better picture.
Seeing the first test fit is often one of my favorite parts of the new restaurant process. Just got one for a new project - going from an idea to being able to visualize people in the space feels incredible.
@charbeljsimon @RestaurantWill @arestaurant_guy Love it, thank you. I use Margin Edge daily, it’s been an incredible resource for invoice management, food cost analysis, menu development. Xtrachef looks like it does the same thing but more intuitively and for less $$
Restaurant folks: we are likely going to change from Margin Edge to Xtrachef in all of our stores to start next year - does anyone have experience with xtrachef?
