Two people already boarded a @TfL bus and NOT paid! “Don’t have a card” bus driver lets them on!! And it’s only 6:30AM!

@TfL It’s time for fabric seating to go! It’s 2025 & the transport network & its filthy fabrics need to be replaced with plastic seating. People putting their feet up on buses, crushing food into seats & brake dust on tube. 👀 at Europes seating, easily cleaned & better for all.

This has to be the weakest statement of the year. Buses are getting as bad as the tube with drivers EVERYDAY just letting people on for free. Fare evasion is acceptable in London & has been for years.
We are paying the higher costs to cover the losses!!!!!

This builds on the work of our team of more than 500 uniformed officers already deployed across the network to deal with fare evasion and other anti-social behaviour, keeping staff and customers safe.
