@DrShayanSen I have a reoccurring pimple on my scalp that appears a week before my menstrual cycle, & it gets itchy then hair falls off when i scratch.. i have patches, but I'm not bald, but hair on patches is uneven.
Previously, I had been on Minoxidil & Oratane, but didn't work 😢
Advice ?

I logged a call on Sun for a burst water pipe and your team came but did nothing. They said they would come back Mon but never did. We have a water crisis but your guys on the ground are not treating these cases with the urgency in requires. House Ref 8006568278
