So I’m going to write something and I don’t want anyone to think it’s me being a whiner or begging for sales or attention.
As an artist who is all a collector that really wants to be a part of community’s that are larger collections. In order to survive and have a balance have the ability to collect we still need to sell out art and get the word out. I love supporting these artists that create.
So how do we get the attention of other collectors and friends without seeming shilly or desperate for sales. I personally highly dislike sliding into any other person’s or group chats to tell people about my art or what I have for sale.
I post everyday , pinned posts mention my highlights tab etc but some days it feels it falls on deaf ears
Talking about it in spaces cool but still have to be very aware of who and what the space is about and not shill hard or against the grain. Sane woth group chats
So what to do ?im really curious what you my community thinks any advice not just for me for all the artists out there feeling this way
Well, friends, Twitter keeps throwing a wrench in my plans. Now I can't even like posts. I don't even want to figure out why. I guess it wants me to pay for the blue checkmark🧘
I’m so glad we have artists like this among us who help others. A huge thank you to @greencrosslive ! He’s the one who’s actually making a difference in the community, whilst others do nothing but talk! Thanks to him, one of my most significant works is now on @manifoldxyz !
Ok let’s do this again:
I’ll guide you and fund your gas fees to:
• deploy your contract on @manifoldxyz
• mint and list your first piece
Just reply below with some of your art if you are interested in me guiding and funding your first Manifold contract + mint.
