@HDFCBank_Cares received the exact same response again. I will be filing a complaint with the RBI for fake advertisement and manipulation. Last time, your institution was banned from issuing new credit cards due to these exact practices. It seems you are heading down the same path again.

@HDFCBank_Cares Hey @HDFCBank, you advertised a Lifetime Free Credit Card + ₹2,750 Amazon Voucher. I applied, activated the card, spent ₹60,000. Now you're adding hidden conditions that weren't mentioned in the promotional email. This is misleading. Please honor the original offer. @RBI

@ASUSIndia you really have done something via software update my laptop sometime it works sometime screen goes of and then after 2 to 3 days it again works and then after 15 days screen goes off my keys work..
