@XpressBees_IN I've collected my current courier from the office in the morning itself, as it was supposed to deliver on 30th jan.
The reason why i write my concern here is, to let you know about the problems we are facing. It's not about just this one courier.

I did communicate this issue with them previously and this time as well. And both of the time, they were so rude. And problem to kabhi solve hi nahi hua, Agar aapko delivery deni hi nahi hai is region mai, to open hi kyu kiya hai.

And when i communicate with staff at office, they will answer it like, delivery boy didn't contact you. We don't know what they do. It's not our fault.
I even have said this to them that please call me for once, i will directly pick it from the office. But again, no calls.

I wouldn't even know that, my courier is reached at city and they will return it without contacting. And this has happened.
And by if chance delivery boy decided recieved my call, his answer will be, mam i don't know, worker at office have use this number and i am not informed.
