Remember Werner Francois Smith who has been defrauding @sarstax for DECADES by running fake online learnerships advertised on Facebook/WhatsApp, targeting unemployed youth. He registers shell companies via CIPC, offers low-effort “online certifications” and a small R400 stipend, then uses participants’ IDs and bank details to falsely list them as higher-paid employees on payroll for SARS benefits fraud?

Turns out it approached Phenyo Africa Mining Solutions and many other companies, presented itself as an organisation offering skills-development opportunities to young, unemployed Black South Africans.
They later discovered serious irregularities after their company began receiving complaints from the @deptoflabour concerning students associated with the programme.

The company opened a case with the DPCI, this case adds to numerous complaints and cases reportedly opened by young unemployed people against LMA, yet meaningful action remains outstanding.

So Chidimma spoke to the press yesterday after her court's proceedings and I wana discuss some of the things she mentioned, point by point.

First she said:
"I would like to say that I am once again grateful that I have been able to get an opportunity to have my faith in our courts,"
You can't say "Our courts". You are not a citizen. You should call it South African courts. The fact that you still call it "our courts" is you continuing to violate us.

Then she said:
"and I remind everyone that I was born in South Africa."
That's the problem. The issue is not that you were not born in South Africa. The issue is HOW you were born in South Africa. Illegally.

She said:
"I have applied through the proper legal channels to have my status and citizenship determined"
Yes. You applied, got rejected then entered the country anyway. An application alone does not make you legal. Your application has to be accepted.When a person is arrested for forcing themselves on another person they can't justify their violation by saying "oh i asked to sleep with them so I'm innocent." That's not how it works. The other person also has to consent before you go anywhere near them. You don't ask, get rejected and force yourself anyway and then say "oh I have asked them so I'm innocent."

She said:
"I believe that I have been treated unfairly and targeted,"
First your parents violated our law, security and sovereignty by stealing an identity if an innocent citizen and gave that identity to you. We found that out and used the law to correct the situation. Then you violated us by entering the country illegally. The law was applied again and you were arrested. How does this amount to "targeting"?

She said:
"South Africa is governed by the rule of law, and we should not allow xenophobia and misinformation to determine how people are going to be treated."
Do you see what she's doing? She first says the rule of law and then she sneaks in xenophobia. She's doing bait and switch. First she pretends to love the rule of law. Then she cleverly blurs the line between law and xenophobia. And now this no longer looks like her battle is with the law and now it looks like her battle is with xenophobia.

She said:
"We should all be guided by the spirit of Ubuntu."
No. We should be guided by the rule of law. South Africa is a sovereign country that is governed by the law not Ubuntu. Enter our country legally first then you will enjoy our famous Ubuntu after. Law first, Ubuntu later.

Finally she said:
"Throughout this ordeal, I have availed myself of all appropriate legal recourse, and I will continue to respect and abide by each process."
No. You should have respected and abided by our laws BEFORE you entered the country. You don't enter illegally first and claim to abide by our processes after you have already violated us. You don't violate a person and cum inside them and then when you came you then say "aah! I will respect you and abide by your consent now" Well it's too late now because you already violated us anyway.
