2-3 months after FULL payment & approvals, residents of Harsh Tulip, Plot No. 138, Sion Jain Society still have NO gas connection. No work started. Assigned contact Mr. Sumit Sharma not answering despite 8-10 calls DAILY.
Does anyone else have to go through multiple cancellations or even not getting any cabs while using @Uber_India? It’s less of a convenience and more of a hassle using their services now.
@UnionBankTweets The branch head is directly across from the counter. I’m sure he can see it himself what’s happening here. If he needs to be complained to, to take any action… then it seems like you need to train your staff better.
The worst possible service at @UnionBankTweets’ Sion branch. The ATM doesn’t work. There’s only one counter to do monetary transactions. No system to ensure seamless flow - senior citizens have been in queue for 30 mins+ and seems they will spend another 30 mins here.
For a bank with market cap of about 100k crores, @UnionBankTweets is severely lacking in basic customer service. It does not take much to do this. Then people wonder why everyone is moving to private banks. The proof is right in front of you, good sirs and ma’ams.
At @UnionBankTweets, they don’t even have a token system for people to wait - causing everyone to stand in a queue necessarily. In an era of customer-first service, they’re still living in 1960s. Customer service clearly means zilch to them.
