RailOne Tatkal booking has become a complete joke.

Two weeks ago the process was comparatively smooth..From last week the app can’t even send the Aadhaar OTP during Tatkal hours,logs you out randomly... Forget actually booking the ticket... It’s frustrating now..

What’s the point of showing AVAILABLE 12 if the system crashes before verification itself ?

What a downfall of the SuperApp.

The condition of 16597 SMVT Bengaluru - Alipurduar Junction Amrit Bharat Express is disappointing. Every general coach is dirty, with gutkha spit everywhere and a strong smell of cigarettes

Siliguri is a rapidly growing city & also 2nd largest city of W.B but Siliguri doesn't have any Metro Rail Network or Rapid Transport system !

@drm_kir sir kindly make a small way for two wheelers (cycle/bike/scooty) which can go by this unmanned level crossing located at Bagrakot near Siliguri Town Railway Station. It will be very convenient for the Two Wheelers until any Rail Overbridge will be made.
