Your AL and NL Relievers of the Month for March/April!
As the trade deadline moves closer and closer, we now have more insight into how the #STLCards will approach it (all via John Denton)
The club is becoming concerned about RHP Ryan Helsley’s history of arm injuries and his lingering unhappiness over losing his arbitration case, and will likely try to trade the former All-Star in the coming days or offseason
LHP Steven Matz could be had for the right price, although St. Louis is somewhat leery of unloading him because he is under contract for two more years at a relatively decent salary.
In terms of the outfield, the Cardinals aren’t willing to give up on Tyler O’Neill yet. Instead, they are much more likely to trade Dylan Carlson.
Despite interest for Donovan and Edman, the club is more willing to move Carlson, Burleson, or even shortstop DeJong in a potential package with Montgomery for pitching prospects

We’re honored to have @_RHelsley as part of #TeamMSTRD. His tremendous success is testament to his work ethic and tenacity, & is something we can all learn from.
Tune in this Saturday at 1pm ET/10am PT & learn from one of the hardest throwing in the game. https://t.co/QqSOcLz3KH
