@SW_Help Why isn't the tickrt officer/guard on duty arranging taxis for the passengers here if you're happy to have this option open. I've done so many taxis out of my own pocket.

@SW_Help Thank you for letting me know. Nobody at the platform has shared this information. There are plenty of staff on hand that could have arranged this for travellers.

@SW_Help Why are you not paying for taxis now if trains are still delayed until the end of the day? The guard at Bournemouth said we need to wait an unknown amount of time & taxi is now no longer an option. How and when can I get to Dorch South from Bournemouth at this time please.

@SW_Help are the trains to Weymouth running from Basingstoke? I have been stuck at Clapham for 2 hours now waiting and not sure what to do! Hard to plan when trains are cancelled 2 mins before scheduled arrival.

Our travel in the replacement bus was pointless and has caused a lot of anxiety for your passengers. We chose to travel with you as we weighed up the risks. This risk was unnecessary. 2/2

@SW_Help why have you told us to get on a packed replacement bus between Dorch South and Wareham. It took an hour and on arrival the train is now running between Dorch South and Wareham? So we now have to wait for the 12:53 train to arrive from our original starting point? 1/2
