@LiamFitWrit1133 Hmmm, here is what I have so far
Friends: The Reunion
The office (I know so early)
Stranger Things 4
Continue The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
The Mandalorian
Also, I’m open to all suggestions! 🤩
This summer, I'm looking forward to relaxing, watching all the movies/ shows on my to-watch list, and all the trips with family and friends! #writ1133du24
@Ketaczak 1- This quarter ended up being fun & exciting :)
2- I’ve been doing all classes online outside Denver this first year, so definitely the in-person setting!
ST: From Beaufort’s piece, I learned more about reflection and its importance in the process of transferring information. After all, she says that Reflective transfer is “the procedure that enables us to learn from and thus enhance our practice” #writ1133du24
@Ambererika501 Sure! I posted my survey on multiple Reddit communities/ subreddits with Disney park fans, but this can be applied to any topic since there are many different subreddits, including a DU one. Hope this helps!
Something that I’ve recently transferred from class to class was a method I found in this class for sharing the survey and gaining more participants. I’m currently using it for another class since we’re doing surveys there as well! #writ1133du24
From this class, I hope to transfer what I learned about research and reflection. With that, I hope to conduct better research, better digest any research I read, and know how to reflect to improve my work!#writ1133du24
ST: Hickson explained reflection beautifully, where she also demonstrated it on personal life experience, making it easier to understand. Also, now I know more about reflection in/on action, reflexivity, and critical reflection :) #writ1133du24
@Ketaczak I've made sure to post my survey everywhere to get as many responses as possible. Also, I'm setting up my interview and trying to complete observations in the meantime!
@Ambererika501 Same! My sister always told me to take a break and come back to better reflect on something I'm working on. Your description of fresh eyes is spot on :)
I think we can be reflective even without realizing it. But, I recently found myself reflecting when discussing and hearing feedback from other people/professors to improve my work further. #writ1133du24
