ST: Beaufort emphasizes the importance of reflection in the process of transfer. Transfer itself is taking information from something you’ve done, and applying it to other problems. It is extremely useful in schooling and should be more emphasized #writ1133du24

I learned from my other classes that having a perfect grade in any class is not something that is expected from me or anyone. Coming from high-school with straight A’s, having lower grades has caused me a lot of anxiety, but it helps to know that it’s ok #writ1133du24

I am most reflective right after I do something, like write a paper, but I often fall into a negative thoughts about what I just submitted. My need to be perfect in everything hinders me, but it does help me to critically reflect on how I can do better next time #writ1133du24
