@Keir_Starmer I'm a Physio currently on day 7 of 12. The past 5 days I have spent in Outpatients, yesterday I worked on trauma and spinal wards, this morning I spent on ICU as a nursing assistant as they were desperate for help, the next 5 days I will be working as a Physio on a covid ward!

@SkyHelpTeam please can you help! You accidentally cut off my 97 year old granddad's phone line. He is vulnerable, lives alone and has no way of contacting anyone in an emergency. You have not responded to his letters or calls. This is unacceptable

.. @SkyUK this is unacceptable. He cannot have any visitors and normally gets his communication through people ringing his landline. His mobile phone is pay as you go right now he is feeling frightened and alone. Please have some humanity and sort this error ASAP.
