such officials must be scrapped and should be charged for wasting time of Students.

SSC का 1 Exam पूरी तरह से खतम होने में 2 साल लग रहे है ऐसे में same ही candidate सभी exams में शामिल होते है क्योंकि exam pattern भी सभी exams का लगभग एक सा है जिस वजह से 1 अभ्यर्थी 3 - 4 posts लेता है और बाकियों को मौका नहीं मिलता | Waiting list होनी चाहिए |

एक तरफ जहाँ छात्र आधे आधे मार्क्स से मेरिट से रह जाते हैं वही दूसरी तरफ सरकार निर्धारित रिक्त पदों को भरने में असमर्थ रहती है क्योंकि काफी छात्र जॉइन ही नहीं करते हैं। इस जटिल समस्या का एक सिंपल से सोलुशन है वेटिंग लिस्ट, जिसे तुरंत लागू करने की आवश्यकता है।

हर साल SSC में same कैंडिडेट्स सेलेक्ट होते हैं पर मनचाही पोस्ट या place नहीं मिलने की वजह से जोइनिंग नही करते हैं, एसएससी चाहे तो वेटिंग लिस्ट लाकर हज़ारों छात्रों को इस2-3 साल के कुचक्र से मुक्त कर सकती है, जिससे एसएससी का भी फायदा है और छात्रों का भी।
