Really hoping @SquareSupport@Square makes this right. In one case in chat support I was told it was to review the products we sell (we are a coffee shop that had been selling the same products for 7 years) in another case I was told to prevent fraud. Either way no communication other than finding our access to funds locked.
@jack@Square can you please explain why you have blocked access to our businesses funds with you? We have used you for 7 years and today you have blocked all access to our funds. Your support team said there is nothing they can do and this is done to protect us?
