@SW_Help The trains are packed. People passing out daily yet you insist on keeping the heaters at 24 degrees on the trains. Animals being transported would be treated better than this. Sort this out. Please @BBCNews @itvnews

@SW_Help It's really sad to see that in 3 days @SW_Railway have let passengers travel on over crowded trains in heat over 24 degrees. You are making us suffer a 1 month strike in very hot trains. How can you let this happen?

@SW_Help Hi there, this issue has not been dealt with and these trains are hotter today. Much hotter then 24 degrees. Fewer more uncomfortable services. This really isn't fair to those of us who have to use these services.

@TfL bus driver was so rude to a passenger who he picked up at a "closed bus stop". The bus is no longer on diversion, the bus announcement announced the stop and he pulled into the stop to pick passengers up. The passenger was completely right in this situation. #rude
