You see, perfection is the death of progress.
Start now.
Fatigued. Lacking focus. Irritable.
You see, I skipped my morning routine (again)...
โธ No walk
โธ No meditation
โธ No cold shower
Winters coming, and l wanted an extra hour in bed!
But a few simple actions can make such a difference to your day.
I was playing with my kids and caught myself wandering about ๐.
"Dad! You're not listening!"
It jolted me back, but the damage was done.
We often overlook the power of now and get caught up in the past/future.
So, anchor yourself in the present by:

Nobody is perfect, but focusing on the now is a true superpower.
Fear of being judged stops many from being vulnerable and sharing their thoughts on ๐.
Yet, people resonate with those raw, honest moments the most.
Show your true self, flaws and all. The world has enough masks.

Oh, man! Having one of those days. You know, the ones where everything feels like such an effort.
โธ Motivation has fizzled out.
โธ The creativity well has dried up.
โธ Fatigued has set in (it's only 10:00 am!)
Yet, I'm here. Because small, consistent actions matter.
@ItsKieranDrew This was a massive hurdle for me to overcome. I would procrastinate to my heart's content and use it as an excuse.
Even writing this, I can hear that tiny voice inside... "Don't let yourself be vulnerable!"
Accept it. Put it aside. And grow.
