Genuinely baffling video.. The doctor is just doing her job - not even speaking much. No altercation at all. Yet this criminal is assaulting the doctor 🤷

I got the archive containing all the DICOM images from a PET/CT scan.
I fed the archive into an LLM, which analyzed the images, extracted key features, and created a fairly accurate 3D digital replica.
It all took ~1 hour; the help AI can provide to medicine is huge.
@AIatMeta@huggingface how it works: SAM 3.1 takes the word as a prompt and returns a mask for every match, 0.17 to 0.29 s of GPU time per word. the video is the app's own screen, redrawn from the logged live session. stock footage, not a medical device 👇 https://t.co/FVKBtgUlzy

Do you think you need grueling cardio to boost your brain?
Science says otherwise.
✅A recent study published in Imaging Neuroscience reveals that a 10-minute slow jog, at a comfortable pace where you can easily chat, delivers an immediate mental upgrade.
▶️Unlike high-intensity running, which causes physical strain and temporary fatigue, slow jogging consistently increases blood flow to the prefrontal cortex without triggering stress hormones.
✅This rhythmic movement instantly lifts your mood, sharpens focus, and enhances executive function without physical burnout.
How to use this:
1. The "Niko Niko" Pace:
Jog slowly enough to smile and hold a full conversation.
2. The 10-Minute Reset:
Use a quick 10-minute jog as a low-effort mental reset whenever you feel stuck or unfocused.
3. Focus on consistency (over Intensity):
Focus on building a low-barrier daily habit rather than pushing for speed or distance.
Small efforts are associated with massive cognitive returns!
