@FrontieAirlines @FrontierCare your airline customer service has to be the worst. I have never had this much trouble speaking with someone. Not only did they advise me to reach out via what’s app, but the rep fraudes me into using a remit app for my refund but they took funds out

@FrontierCare Hi. My confirmation code is T8LEPY. Honesty this experience was horrible. It was my daughter’s first time flying and she hated it. The cancellation, then the delays… it just made for a bad first flight. Not to mention your staff do not answer the phones when u call for asst.

Now I’m out a bag, clothes, two tablets, a bottle of cologne and my bottle of liquor that might I add was in a limited addition bottle which was ceramic. They gave me the runaround and left a bad taste in my mouth. @JetBlue can take that credit and shove it. #NeverAgain

But baby that customer service sucks. You’re told you will get a call back in 62 mins, that turns into 3 hrs. My bags were damaged and they offered me 75 flight credit for one bag and told me they don’t cover the items that were damaged by THEIR baggage handlers for the other
