At 55, I was on a path of Dr visits and medications as I aged…just letting life happen.
Sedentary, overweight, lazy, miserable.
I knew I was headed for a difficult life and an early grave.
I had to make a change.
I knew it would be hard…I didn’t let that stop me

@tyromper Best thing I’ve seen all day. Was in a similar situation with 4 kids. 3boys and a girl. I had opportunities that would have made me leave for extended periods. I let it all go. Got a local job that God has blessed me with that provided EVERYTHING we ever needed.
