Great day! Spanish I students did a collaborative activity with DMS 6th graders! Students learned about Cinco de Mayo through crafts, tangible activities and glyphs! 💃🏻🎉

Today, Sp I Ss collaboratively worked with 6th grade ELA Ss. They listened to the popular Cucuy legend in Spanglish. Then, collaboratively co-created a story re-tell with their high school buddies. Some made pictures of what they thought the Spanish boogeyman looked like! ✏️

@jmattmiller Yes! I agree. I also teach using CI methods and I use the Somos curriculum. I just teach Spanish I this year. You will be great!

Last Friday, we made our Tio Nadal or Pooping Log ornaments in Spanish class! It was fun to teach and learn about this interesting Spain Christmas tradition! 🇪🇸

awful experience w/ @Allegiant 2 canceled flights, never received our 💰 from Paynuver or a refund from the rental car company. Lost a day in our condo in Destin and had to pay additional hotel and rental car fees. Already sent email and spoke with agent on phone. #brokenpromise
