@ERosson1982 @TMZ Well thats my point they need better training and for a longer amount of time. I guarantee that alone would weed out some bad apples in the bunch.

@ERosson1982 @TMZ No I just feel it's the same across the country. America on average requires a little over 500 hours of training where other countries require well over 1000. On top of that our training is focused around fire arms training not de-escalation.

@ERosson1982 @TMZ They don't have any respect for people. We have one of the shortest lengths of training for a police force in all of the WORLD. They are there to collect a check, get good benefits and retire early with a pension. Very few if any even care about "serving the community".
