No offense to you because it's not only you who does this, however I find it incredibly rude to refer to canon comic book characters as OCs, if i called Merlina or Nimue a "Black Knight OC" it would turn so many heads, not a fan of how normalised that notion is with the comics

@PINKUSMONKEY Yeah but they're not just canon (that doesn't even matter to this) they are just official licenced characters, it is rude to call a Sonic Character an OC no matter if they are Game, IDW, Archie, Fleetway, SATAM, Boom, ect. Hope ya understand what I mean

I cannot believe these Japanese writers have to make Sonic lose to Eggman due to "artifical conflict" Sonic should never have been outpaced by anyone realistically.

Yet they had too for narrative purposes :(

"Artificial conflict" refers to conflict that realistically should have NEVER happened in the first place, yet it did for the sake of having a conflict for story progression.

Blaze getting blitzed is not only a nerf in speed and reaction speed, but also out of character.

Irredeemable, unrelatable, yet smaller scale villains than the games. That you can actually dislike yet still enjoy as great villains!

Always appreciate how IDW tackles darker stories & themes.
