Customer care later called and assured me she was cancelling it from her end and that I would get a return option. I still haven’t received any return option, and the bot won’t let me reach customer care. How am I supposed to resolve this?

Hi @ZeptoNow @zeptocares, worst experience. Ordered a kids’ camera, but the SD card and roll were missing. I shared photos and customer care arranged a replacement. When the rider arrived, he refused to take the item back, saying missing items can’t be returned.

Hii @ZeptoNow @zeptocares hii had worst experience just now .. i ordered a camera for my kid camera had sd card And a roll missing . I took photo and complained customer care arranged the replacement.

नेटवर्क के मामले में @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence की विश्वसनीयता बहुत बेकार है।

13 अगस्त को शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी, आज 16 अगस्त है लेकिन नेटवर्क की प्रॉब्लम दूर नहीं कर सके ये लोग।

इनके ऑफिस से कॉल आता है समस्या सुनते है प्यार से लेकिन नेटवर्क समस्या का समाधान नहीं कर रहे हैं।

ये फाइनल वार्निंग है @airtelindia को अगर नेटवर्क की समस्या दूर नहीं की तो हजारों कस्टमर AirTel से अपना नंबर Port करेंगे और वीडियो बना बना कर सोशल मीडिया में वायरल करेंगे ।

सोशल मीडिया पर एक पूरी मुहिम खड़ी करना पड़ेगी इनके इसे ढीले रवैये के खिलाफ। अगर पैसे लेते हो तो सर्विस भी दो, रिचार्ज न हो तो एक 1 मिनट मोबाइल नहीं चलता तो बिना नेटवर्क कस्टमर का जो लॉस हो रहा है उसका जिम्मेदार कौन है ?

@airtelindia बहुत महंगा पड़ेगा आपको ये सब अगर सोशल मीडिया में नेगेटिव वीडियो आना स्टार्ट हुए आपके तो।

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I noticed , due to office work I hardly have any time to use it regularly but at each off day or holiday. I felt @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can’t provide better internet services ….at least 5-6 hour cutoff in a day.
