@manairport Why has this taken so long. Absolute shambles. Chaos outside the airport. No direction. Everyone get diverted in circles by police and no sign of airport staff. Nothing on website or social media. Absolute joke. Had to rebook a Jetpark whilst sat outside it. Very poor

@manairport Not a single marshal at the Jetparks 1. I get that this was a random incident but Manchester Airports ability to react and manage it is worrying. It’s a single man on a railing and it has caused absolute chaos, with the airport providing no information or support. Shambles
