We have tried calling and emailing on all call centre numbers but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anybody. What kind of poor customer service is this? This is causing us extreme inconvenience for the rest of our itinerary and loss of money on our travel and hotel bookings.

Horrible experience with @airindiain customer service. We booked our tickets from Bom-Paris in April. The airline rescheduled the layover in Delhi from 3 hours to more than 12 hours so we had to cancel our booking.
This clearly looks like an intent to not issue refunds. 65k is not a small amount by any means, what sort of robbery has the airline been reduced to? @airindiain
We have filled the feedback form, shared all the details of our booking, and waited for months for the refund. Every time we talk to anyone in @airindiain customer support, they are clueless about the status of our refund. Our emails go unanswered and we have no refund update
