A KTN investigation into the August 16 attack on the Linda Mwananchi convoy in Homa Bay has named Governor Gladys Wanga and MP Peter Kaluma, with anonymous sources revealing that the two held a night meeting where Wanga claimed support "from above" and ordered youths to block roads and stop the convoy by force.
The recruits were reportedly paid Ksh 500 each, armed and spent hours until dawn on the streets, while local leader Abdi Kassim is said to have assured them police would not intervene in the ambush that later left multiple people dead, dozens injured, media crews assaulted and multiple vehicles set ablaze.
A few things if Ruto gets the second term.
1. Term limits will be removed. No brainer. Obviously.
2. Some nondescript MP from Sabaot or Taveta will start some serious charge to amend the constitution calling for a referendum to change our constitution. Armed with “good intentions”, a lot of noise about the need to tame the wage bill and overrepresentation, Kenyans will be duped to think that another amending of the constitution will fix our problems. There will be no discussion about the real culprits: corruption and bad governance. Sadder is that the most marginalised people for whom devolution may have been the best shot at fixing the multi-generational inequality will be at the foremost at defending the new consistution that will hoodwink many people but whose sole aim is consilidate more power and resources in Nairobi.
Ruto will not hesistate for a second to mutilate the constitution. When the whole country embraced it, he was the only one opposed to it for no reason at all other than that he hates all that can be good for Kenya.
We forget so easily.
3. It is foolish to think that Ruto remodelled State House so that he can leave power prematurely. Naah. Man’s never played like that. Ever. All that remodelling and building of the chapel are for the long haul.
Remember, regionally Kagame and Museveni inspire him. Suluhu also can teach him a thing or two. So does the Ethiopian guy. South Sudan, Somalia and Burundi don’t inspire much.
4. We have seen the institutionalization of the goon culture. It is a signal of the coming clashes between Gen Zs and Goon Z. Two young people of disparate backgrounds. Goon Z will win the day.
5. In his first term, Ruto survived the Gen Z protests, impeached his deputy with brutal efficiency. Can you imagine what kind of a man he will be when nothing stands out of his way?
6. Ruto swallowed and effectively neutered and neutralised ODM. He will have zero resistance from any quarters. He has quashed and vanquished anything that can stand on his way. Only Richard Onyonka and Edwin Sifuna have some cojones to speak truth to power. Two men against his brutal machinery, tough lucky baby.
7. Mass abductions, cruelty such as never witnessed, and serious crackdown at dissenting voices will be the norm.
8. Kenyans will ever regret laughing at Uganda, Tanzania or those countries ruled by dictators.
We will realise we are not above the program.
9. Current government bloggers will be the most surprised later in 2028. One just hopes they are making enough to prop up this regime. No sensible Kenya I know vouches for this government kabisa. And we all can’t be mad and only six government bloggers be right. And now content creators running low on cash are about to rescue their reputation appearing on popular podcast with very lame talking points. Do people in government read the mood of the country?
10. I have seen that Zimbwabwean dude around State House. And I have watched the company the president keeps. The level of corruption you will witness will leave you poorer than you are now, sadder than you will ever be and super hungry.
Again, all of the above are derived from the observable facts.
In 2030 let no one act surprised.
DON’T CONFUSE BREEDING WITH BEEF PRODUCTION.
I have been thinking about something I see quite often with new cattle farmers.
Someone wants to start a beef business, then the first thing they do is look for an expensive Brahman or Boran bull, sometimes spending thousands of dollars on genetics.
There is nothing wrong with that if your business is breeding.
But if your business is producing beef for the market, I think you need to ask a different question:
Where is my profit going to come from?
Imagine spending US$5,000 on a bull and US$1,200 on a heifer, then waiting through breeding, gestation, raising and finishing the calf, only to sell the resulting steer for around US$600 at the meat market. That is where the economics need to be questioned. You may have invested in premium genetics, but if you are ultimately selling the offspring as ordinary beef, the market may not pay you for that premium.
Why not look at buying good commercial animals, feeding them efficiently, finishing them properly and getting them to market sooner?
The butcher buys beef, not your pedigree certificate!
Of course genetics matter. They matter enormously when you are building a breeding business and selling bulls or heifers to farmers who want to improve their herds.
But if your customer simply wants quality commercial beef, your business model should be built around cost reduction, weight gain, finishing and market access.
This is where I think some farmers get confused.
The most expensive animal is not necessarily the most profitable animal.
Know what business you are in.
If you are breeding, breed.
If you are producing beef, produce beef profitably!
At the end of the day, farming is not a beauty contest.
The animal that leaves you the best margin wins.
The BEST generation of men to ever exist for women are modern men.
Our grandfathers waited OUTSIDE the delivery room. We are INSIDE the room, holding your hand, rubbing your back, watching you scream at us, supporting you.
Our grandfathers married VIRGINS. We are marrying PROSTITUTES, OnlyFans whores with 50, 100 body counts and we still call them wives ans provided for them.
Our grandfathers married women who could COOK, CLEAN, slim and RAISE CHILDREN. We are marrying fat useless women who can't even boil rice or season chicken.
Our grandfathers married 18, 20, 22 year olds for youth and fertility. We are marrying 35, 40 year old GRANDMOTHERS and then spending $30,000 on IVF because their eggs are dead.
WE BROKE THE RULES FOR YOU.
WE BENT THE RULES FOR YOU.
WE DESTROYED EVERY TRADITION FOR YOU.
And it's still not enough.
Our fathers did 10% of what we do and got submissive, loyal, grateful wives.
We do 200% and get the most ENTITLED, SELFISH, LAZY, MENTALLY UNSTABLE, UNGRATEFUL, MASCULINE, DISRESPECTFUL wives in human history.
Our fathers were RIGHT. They knew exactly why you can't give modern women too much comfort and freedom.
Y'all don't deserve good men.
When Ekuru Aukot wrote the progressive Punda Amechoka, Raila used it to marshal Okoa Kenya movement & protests all over Nairobi.
He even said punda amechoka.
Immediately after the handshake, Raila and Uhuru flew to China, to seek a 158B loan to extend the SGR, a further burden on the tired donkey.
They didn't stop there, Value Added Tax was hiked expomentially, monoes were set aside for...BBI, a stupid constitutional ammendment draft.
Citizens were left in the cold, as Raila and his boys gained power.
By embracing Raila, Uhuru pushed Ruto as mount kenya's only hope.
A coalition of Mount Kenya and the Rift Valley is enough to make ine president.
So we can almost certainly say it was done deliberately.
Ruto wins.
And he is having a blast looting, silently getting away with it.
2023 finance bill happens.
Raila says Ruto Must Go.
He summons us, this time round he asks we bring cooking pans and sufurias to protest, I obliged.
I was locked up at Muoroto police station for days.
When we came out, Raila had agreed to NADCO with Ruto, handshake.
2024 happens.
The youth oppose Finance Bill 2024.
Occupy Parliament.
Set it on fire.
We are getting ready to storm statehouse.
We are then reminded it's a protected area by traotors embedded amongst us.
Fuck you Kimuzi.
Fuck you Hanifa.
Fuck you if you made that tweet.
But Ruto is still in trouble.
Kenyans are planning an even bigger protest to Occupy Statehouse.
Then Raila happens again.
At the foot of the KICC, they did their handshake.
He played his knight card, again.
Kenyans are now wiser, so they reject the alliance and turn on Raila.
The system must now plot it's existence.
Enter Rigathi Gachagua, the new Raila.
He is intended to keep the masses on a leash, so you don't ever rise against the tyrants with power.
But, existential times require shrewd measures.
So multiple knights were fronted;
Sifuna.
Ndindi Nyoro.
Irungu Kangata.
Morara.
Mithika Linturi.
Justin Muturi.
Moses Kuria.
Natembeya.
Salasya.
Kalonzo is on a retainer.
A CONTROLLED OPPOSITION.
I left out grandpa owino.
He is a prince.
They shifted the goalpost.
We forgot our demmads;
Good governance.
Corruption free nation.
Working systems.
An end to debt enslavement.
Auditing odious debt.
Prosecuting corruption.
Land.
We started with Ruto Must Go as our battle cry.
Now it's WANTAM, as if he has done such a good job as to deserve to finish the current term.
We said Occupy Statehouse, now we are waiting for 2027 as they loot, abduct and kill innocent people.
THE BEST WAY TO CONTROL THE OPPOSITION, IS TO LEAD IT YOURSELF.

In 2019, IFC issued a KSh15.2B “Forest Bond” for Taita Taveta’s Kasighau Corridor REDD+ Project, a 500,000 acre stretch between Tsavo East & West. Backed by BHP Billiton, it was sold as a model linking Forest Protection with Community Livelihoods. 🌍🌳 #ClimateFinance

How Does Such a Small House Cost KES 750,000 Just for the Foundation?
Let's see.
It sounds impossible at first.
Small house. Simple plan. Underground work.
So where does KES 750,000+ really go?
Site clearing, leveling, and setting out quietly take ~KES 30,000.
Digging trenches, backfilling, and soil disposal add another ~KES 35,000.
Making the ground safe hardcore, compaction, blinding, anti-termite treatment consumes ~KES 70,000.
Concrete alone footings and slab absorbs ~KES 160,000 in materials and labour.
Then comes the biggest share: foundation walling.
Foundation stones and mortar take ~KES 300,000 the part carrying the entire house.
Finally, the invisible but critical layers DPM, DPC, reinforcement mesh add KES 80,000.
Add everything together and the number stops being shocking.
It becomes logical.
That’s how a “small” house reaches KES 750,000+ before walls even rise.
Because foundations don’t look expensive
they add up.
