@FickWillem@SayEntrepreneur EE doesn't exclude whites it includes the other groups that would have been overlooked because of "subjective" reasons & choices.
A 34year old Afrikaaner woman from Tarlton with a disability has more BEE & EE points than me.Ask Ursula Botha of SEESA, she's a white EE consultant.
@FickWillem@SayEntrepreneur All jobs? What about the must own car and be fluent in Afrikaans? What about "This candidate proved to be more inclined to our company culture, despite them not being as qualified as the other candidates"?
The above makes EE/AE, BBBEE & designated groups very necessary.
@ID2KIP@SayEntrepreneur For 30years only old white engineers maintain experience. The poor men don't age, neither do they die. You can literally trace graduation lists from 80's and those people will still be deemed "inexperienced" because unfortunately unless you're white and old, you aren't experienced
@ID2KIP@SayEntrepreneur That's BS, how was experience imparted in the fibre optic roll out? How is experience imparted in the TVET graduates and why is this not the approach for degrees? How many construction companies have taken on engineering projects successfully with 100% black labour?
@ID2KIP@SayEntrepreneur Of course and the qualified persons are from African countries that are chronically under developed, have not seen a mega project in 70years, right? I wonder where all the experienced graduates across the world first found their experience.
@mbiluyachekasi@SayEntrepreneur Teaching. Remember we had a shortage of STEM subject teachers, especially maths? Yeah, engineers who were unemployed for years filled up that gap.
@KusaselihleNgu2@SayEntrepreneur AG says Corruption takes R30b of the R2,67t... that's 1.12%, corruption can't be you go to.
But funding is kept out of reach due to the criteria used across funding institutions, money is returned. We are currently questioning the distribution of the R500m meant for Spazas.
@FickWillem@SayEntrepreneur And yet the stats above are majority the "correct" colour. Swaart gewaar can only get you so far, at some point you need to set it aside, realise the correct colour is saying foreigners are favoured over us because the failing political parties are losing votes with us.
@joyeberebe@mamuzoBV Direct us to it ma'am, nothing I love more than a good research paper.
We agree that beauty is personal, eye of the beholder. But I reiterate, no fashion magazine has ever shown the beauty standard or even preference of men at any point in time. Other mediums, largely... yes.
@joyeberebe@mamuzoBV You are confusing women fashion magazine standards of beauty with men preferences. Which man sits and watch miss world? Let alone for beauty?
Getting in touch with reality and truly listening to men would save you a lot of confusion that even confuse us.
@uMaster_Sandz@WandaNdwandwa Bussed in with every single person holding a position threatened with dismissal if their constituents don't show up. Literally from the horse's mouth ๐คฃ
This man has a willing crowd, unpaid, no-transport... military discipline.
@Sophie_Mokoena Or frustration. For a country that encourages dialogue, we are quick to walk around with intellectual stencils to listen to, process and respond within a set of believes.
Country is crying out and no one for 18years has been listening.
Do you know what follows insults?
@Lord_Ori_@That_TT_@setlhalokat Happens to everyone who fails to live up to their perceived level of capabilities. From sports, arts; a bad speech makes us question a politician's credentials and naturally, a dumb take lacking the appreciation of complexity makes us question your education.
Don't be dramatic.
